Shipping and Billing Policies
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days subject to availability. All prices are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
Shipping amounts are based on the amount you order and where you are located. We ship from Canada. Orders within Canada will be charged no more than $8 for shipping. Outside of Canada will be a few dollars more depending on your location and what you order.
International Orders
We do accept orders from virtually anywhere in the world. A reminder thought that it's up to you to cover the cost of shipping and any duties that may incur when your order is being shipped out of Canada and through the border of your country.
Returns And Refunds
We want you to be entirely satisified with your purchase. We view each piece as a
work of art and want you to do the same.
In the rare event that you are not happy with your purchase or in the rare event
that you receive a damaged product, notify us within 5 days of you receiving the
item and return with the tags fully attached. We will then refund you the full
amount minus shipping.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information we aquire from you will not be distributed or sold to
anyone. We respect your privacy as our valued customer and know that the last
thing you need is more junk mail...
Product Care
When storing your jewelry, ensure that you place it in the air tight bag it came
in and keep it in a dark place such as a jewelry box to keep it from tarnishing.
In the event that it does tarnish, gently clean it with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Refrain from using any harsh chemical products as it will damage the beads and
stones on the jewelry.
Special Requests
Gingerly necklaces are made with a signature handmade clasp. However, if you would prefer your necklaces to be made with lobster clasps, this can be done at no extra charge to you. Also, if you see an earring design made with a post and backing and would prefer it to be made with shepards hooks, this can also be done at no extra charge. If you would prefer either of these changes, please indicate so in the comment box in the shopping cart that says "Please indicate any special requests" and we will be happy to do so.
